Our Farm To Table Garden has been a multi-year, labor of love project that we are incredibly proud of. Sitting at 3⁄4 of an acre (30,000 sq./ft.), garden and bee hives are the driving force behind our spring, summer and fall menus across our portfolio of restaurants, wedding and special event venues and experiential events.
As we produce so much product, we also share our excess product for anyone to take at the doorstep of Calcuttas throughout the growing season. In addition, we have many local restaurants that come and "pick the garden" at their leisure, further strengthening our commitment to the local community.

Our garden contains herbs, greens, roots, tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, corn, strawberries, and other seasonal fruits and vegetables and flowers.
